Recently I had my vehicle serviced at your dealership again and wish to say that once again I was more than satisfied with the workmanship exhibited by the Mitsubishi Service technicians. I have always found your staff helpful but wish to say that Mr Mathew Wass went over and beyond his duty in looking after me and the service of my Mitsubishi vehicle. Mr Wass has been very helpful in allowing me to have my vehicle up to the standard that it should.

"I would like to take the opportunity to shed light on the fact that having my car repaired under the warranty agreement provided with the purchase of my vehicle from McGrath Mitsubishi Liverpool, was not one that I had invested much faith in. Consequently, I would not have made the choice do so, had it not been for the courteous, timely and exceptionally high standard of service provided to me on the phone initially by Arzan Irani. He was informative, yet did not over embellish me with details that were essentially not of my concern. When I requested that my vehicle be towed to McGrath, he arranged to do so without raising any difficulties or concerns. It is a pleasure when one finds oneself engaged with an organization that is as professionally motivated and integrity bound as your team.
What a luck it is also for your organization to have someone like Arzan in your employ. "Your team serviced my car (last time) about a month ago and I truly couldn't have been happier with the service that was provided. I have filled out a form online to tell the Mitsubishi Team how amazing your service was but I would also like to thank you again. My previous car was a Mitsubishi as well but it was serviced at a different place, which disappointed me, but you and your team at the McGrath Mitsubishi service centre in Liverpool are an amazing example of fantastic customer service!
I honestly never received such an amazing service. I was amazed that your team washes the car at the end of the service. I was very surprised that your team offers a complimentary car service so that your customers don't have to catch a bus. Most importantly I was always happy with the actual car servicing and always liked that everyone that works there is so polite and nice to customers. But last time I was there, you went over and beyond your job to make sure I walked away a happy customer by helping me fix a bump that someone else caused to my car. And for that I can't thank you enough.

"I wanted to express the outstanding service provided by one of your staff members namely "Louie" of the Mitsubishi Service Dept. I am a fastidious owner of a black Ralliart and the car is in meticulous condition. I usually service it at another dealership but the service manager there has moved on so I thought I would try your team at Liverpool with much delight I might add.
Last Saturday the 18th January 2014 Louie was the man handling the service on my vehicle and I expressed the fact of how fussy I am and the condition of the vehicle speaks for itself. Louie obliged adding that nothing was to much bother as I watched him undergo the routine service.
He took extra care, took his time (reasonably not slow or fast) and handled my vehicle as if I would. To say that I was was over impressed with the respect he showed me and my vehicle would be an understatement - he was FANTASTIC. People take for granted that they can service a car but in fact it's a privilege for someone to service someones vehicle as the owner has entrusted them to do so. Louie showed me all the signs of exceptional service with a smile and a can do attitude and I applaud that.
I can assure you that as long as Louie is there to look after my vehicle then I will continue to visit your workshop / dealership. Please pass on my gratitude to him and express my sincere thanks for being the gentleman that he is with outstanding customer service."

"I wanted to drop you a line praising you for your information session last night. It was interesting to learn that Liverpool Mitsubishi is the holder of the largest sales in Australia. Certainly this creates curiosity.
Anyway I wanted to say the whole evening was handled very professionally and not what I expected, nor did I anticipate so many would attend. However it was the attendance by Mitsubishi staff which particularly impressed me - right down to the sales staff. Unfortunately my Sales person was not in attendance.
But it was great to see the young staff stand up and speak to us. Obviously this is not their forte - they work in a workshop - but they all handled themselves exremely well.
I liked the way all the staff asked if we had any questions. I was also particularly impressed with the spread you put on. Generally speaking I think you should be congratulated. I think this is a great idea for owners of new cars. If the idea of the night was to instill faith in your customers to return their cars to you for servicing, I think you achieved this."
